Our Terms and Conditions: Our trip prices & trip itineraries can change at anytime due to any circumstances beyond our control, it can be due to our suppliers costing, suppliers availability and group number changes for the trip and or weather conditions that force us to alter the itinerary with an alternate activity and or transportation type. We will always try to avoid price increases and honour our original price quote and itinerary, however sometimes circumstances are out of our control. If you disagree with our changes, outside of four weeks of travel, in price or itinerary, you will have the option to cancel your trip, less the $25 plus HST reservation fee.  If you cancel within four weeks of the trip date for any reasons, only the meal cost is refundable to you, unless we cancel the trip and then the trip cost is fully refundable to you. If you cancel outside of four weeks of the trip date for personal reasons, then only a $25 plus HST reservation fee is non-refundable and possibly the cost of a pre-paid show ticket or activity ticket at our discretion, however you or us can try to find someone to replace your reservation with no penalty accept the reservation fee. Every trip participant will sign a responsibility waiver form before boarding the bus on trip day & in advance for longer trips.
